Information you provide
Enquiry and booking forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, service interest and information you choose to submit. This information is used to respond, provide requested services and manage the client relationship.
Optional analytics
If you choose analytics, we create random anonymous and session identifiers and record page paths, referrer hostnames, allowlisted campaign details, calculator names, labelled calls to action, form progress, enquiries and booking confirmations. We do not include form answers, financial calculator inputs, names, contact details, CRM lead identifiers or arbitrary URL query values in browser analytics.
Marketing technologies
Marketing consent is separate from analytics consent. If granted and a Google Tag Manager container is configured, it may load approved Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn tags. The active destinations depend on the published tag-manager configuration. The CRM reporting source remains our first-party records and does not depend on those services.
Consent and control
Optional analytics and marketing start off. Our cookie notice explains that closing or accepting it allows analytics and marketing cookies; you can decline either under Choose settings before deciding. Your versioned choices are stored in your browser and can be changed or withdrawn at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing analytics stops new first-party analytics events immediately; consent updates are also sent to loaded Google tags.
Retention and disclosure
Raw first-party analytics events are retained for 13 months and then removed through bounded retention processing. Enquiry and client records follow our operational and legal record-keeping requirements. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting for us, with your authorisation, where legally required, or during a business transfer.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information. You may contact us using the details in the website footer to request access or correction, ask how information is handled, withdraw marketing permission or raise a privacy concern.
